Revify provides review request automation, missed-call text-back, website chat, and lead follow-up tools for local businesses. Specific features, pricing, and plan details are described at signup or in your order.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Program description: by opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Revify Systems LLC related to your inquiry, appointments, account, customer support, and our services.

If you are a business using our services to message your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining all consents required by law (including the TCPA and carrier rules) before we send messages on your behalf, for the accuracy of the contact data you provide, and for complying with the terms of third-party platforms such as Google. You may not use our services to send spam, to solicit fake or incentivized reviews, or for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as CRM, messaging carriers, and Google). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes, including any decisions those platforms make about reviews or messages.
We work to help you earn more reviews and leads, but we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, rankings, leads, or revenue.
All content, software, and materials we provide remain the property of Revify Systems LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that creates legal or carrier risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
